All of the items in my shop are hand-made by me. I use sterling silver, fine silver, copper and gold, gemstones and cabochons of natural stone, and vitreous enamels to create a wide range of jewelry. WHEN ORDERING YOUR JEWELRY:
Please understand that each piece is hand-crafted and is subject to minor differences in details. As such, each piece is considered one of a kind.
Purchases can be made through the secure shopping cart using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card and bank transfers and or your PayPal account. I appreciate cash payment for orders being picked up in person at my studio. For those ordering online with PAYPAL, you may be redirected back to my website for calculation of shipping charges, and then returned to the PAYPAL website for final payment.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within the USA):
I do my best to ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Holidays. Shipping time for custom orders will be longer. See Custom Work page. I include insurance with all packages shipped. If you would like me to send something to you via Express mail (anything other than First Class or Priority Mail), please let me know prior to placing your order. Domestic shipping is complimentary on all orders over $100. Thank you!
International (non-domestic United States) orders may be subject to additional taxes and charges outside of your order purchase price. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are.
I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTS WHICH OCCUR WITH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONCE YOUR PACKAGES LEAVES THE UNITED STATES. I TRY TO ACCOMMODATE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS LAWS HOWEVER, PACKAGES MAY BE OPENED, SEARCHED, AND TAXED. UNFORTUNATELY, IN A FEW COUNTRIES, PACKAGES TEND TO GET LOST IN TRANSIT ONCE THEY ARRIVE IN CUSTOMS. UNLESS YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED WHILE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, I CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE THE PACKAGE WITHIN THE COUNTRY TO WHICH THE PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED.
