You may cancel an order any time before your order is shipped. I do my best to ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays or custom orders. Simply email me at with your order number, billing name and address, and the reason for cancellation. Do not send any credit card information using email. If your order has already been shipped, you may return or exchange the items within three days after you receive them. Please see my "Refunds and Returns" policy below for additional information. However, should you refuse to accept an order which has been delivered, we are unable to process the return. 


If you would like to exchange one item of equal value for another, please contact me first so I can hold the item you're requesting in exchange. Follow the "Refunds and Return" Policy below for instructions on returning your item.


I stand behind each piece I make, and your satisfaction is essential. If the rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, simply email me within 5 days of receipt of your item. Include your name, order number, and expected return date. The item to be returned must be in it's new, original condition and packaging. I suggest you return the item with an insured courier/carrier. I cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of the item in new condition. The refund will be for the original purchase price indicated on your receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return credits will be applied to the original credit card account used. Credits may take 1 or 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your card company.

If you receive a product that breaks with reasonable and expected use, please contact me regarding repairs or replacement. Pictures are helpful. If necessary, you may return the item at no cost to you, and the repaired or replaced item will be sent back to you when the work is completed. 

Custom and wholesale orders cannot be returned.
